Located on the banks of the Teifi, Wales's premier all-round game fishing river, the Porth has everything fishing visitors need - private car park, courtyard and riverside gardens; bar and restaurant facilities; function rooms for special meetings and events; and of course well appointed bedrooms.

How to find us:
By car we are approximately four hours travelling from London on the M4. You continue to the end of the M4 motorway at Pont Abraham Service Station. From there take the A48 to Carmarthen. Then take the A484 towards Cardigan, turning on to the A486 Llandysul road a mile from Carmarthen town centre.

The Porth Hotel is on New Road, on the one-way circulatory system that operates in the village of Llandysul.

We are ideally situated for anglers visiting the River Teifi  and can arrange flyfishing tuition (including free lessons for children on Fridays in the school holidays) by qualified instructors. We can also reserve fishing permits for you to enjoy the extensive waters of Llandysul Angling Association, including beats within easy walking distance of the hotel.
